Room Hire

We have five rooms available for hire: they are shown here in size order, largest first, and prices start from as little as £4.95 per hour.

All rooms have free wi-fi available and some have their own PA systems, hearing loops and large flat screen TVs. A projector and screen are also available.

If you are booking a room please read 'things you'll need to know'. As the hirer you should ensure that the 'action in case of fire notice' is read out at the beginning of your hire period.

Things you'll need to know

Somerset Room

The Somerset Room is on the upper floor above the Avon Room and is 9.0m x 5.5m, (30' x 18') seating approximately 50 people in rows.

There is no access to the main kitchen downstairs but tea and coffee may be made at the small kitchen bar on the landing outside using a small water boiler.

There is free wi-fi available. A projector and screen are also available.

There is a lift available to provide disabled access to the upstairs rooms.
