Room Hire

We have five rooms available for hire: they are shown here in size order, largest first, and prices start from as little as £4.95 per hour.

All rooms have free wi-fi available and some have their own PA systems, hearing loops and large flat screen TVs. A projector and screen are also available.

If you are booking a room please read 'things you'll need to know'. As the hirer you should ensure that the 'action in case of fire notice' is read out at the beginning of your hire period.

Things you'll need to know

Kelston Room

The Kelston Room is a small committee room 6.0m x 5.5m (20' x 19') and will seat 35 people. It is more suited to small discussion groups or as a seminar room for events in other parts of the building.

There is free wi-fi available.

This room is situated on the first floor and there is a lift available to provide disabled access.
