Room Hire
We have five rooms available for hire: they are shown here in size order, largest first, and prices start from as little as £4.95 per hour.
All rooms have free wi-fi available and some have their own PA systems, hearing loops and large flat screen TVs. A projector and screen are also available.
If you are booking a room please read 'things you'll need to know'. As the hirer you should ensure that the 'action in case of fire notice' is read out at the beginning of your hire period.

Avon Room
The Avon Room is 10.5m x 5.5m, (35' x 18') seating approximately 60 people seated and 40 for parties.
It is suitable for small meetings and discussions and has level access from the road and to toilet facilities.
There is a PA system with integrated hearing loop, a large flat screen TV and free wi-fi available. A projector and screen are also available.
It is frequently used as an ante room to the Main Hall when large functions require refreshments, the Avon Room being directly adjacent to the kitchen.
The ground floor (Avon Room & Main Hall) has level access and suitable facilities for the disabled.
